Dr. Manjunath Tumkur Govindaiah is an experienced internal medicine physician with more than 30 years of diverse medical experience spanning hospital medicine, primary care, surgery, and medical education across India, the Caribbean, and the United States. He currently provides compassionate, evidence-based care at Today’s Wellness & Primary Care in Wilmington, MA.

Dr. Govindaiah earned his medical degree (MBBS) from Vijayanagara Institute of Medical Sciences in India, followed by a Master’s in General Surgery from Bangalore Medical College, Rajiv Gandhi University of Medical Sciences. After moving to the United States, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at Interfaith Medical Center in New York and is board-eligible with the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Govindaiah has served in a wide range of roles, from Associate Professor at the American University of Antigua to senior surgical and emergency medicine positions in the Caribbean, and as a primary care physician and hospitalist in Massachusetts. This breadth of experience enables him to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care to adults with a wide range of medical needs.
